Hunter Strategy is a token-funded treasury that acquires Hunter Biden originals, puts every canvas on-chain as a certificate, auctions it to the highest bidder, and pays the proceeds to holders.
Every original currently listed by the artist. Prices are on inquiry, so we inquire. A work becomes targeted only once the artist's team has confirmed a price to us, and the fund then fills toward it. Holders vote on which inquiry goes next.
The loop
Every trade of $HSTR pays a small tax. The tax buys art. The art gets a certificate. The certificate gets auctioned. The money comes back to you.
01
Tax
A 5% tax on every buy and sell flows into the treasury wallet. Nothing to stake, nothing to lock. Holding is the whole job.
02
Acquire
When the fund covers the next work on the want list, the treasury buys it through the artist's gallery, in the open, with a paper trail.
03
Tokenize
The canvas goes into insured art storage. A certificate is minted on-chain naming the work, its dimensions, the storage receipt and the invoice hash. One token, one painting.
04
Auction
The certificate is auctioned on-chain. The winner holds the proof of ownership and can redeem the physical canvas at any time.
05
Pay holders
Auction proceeds go into a payout contract. Every $HSTR holder claims their pro-rata share, the rest tops up the fund for the next painting. Then the loop starts again.
The certificate
Buying a portrait from the treasury means buying its certificate. It is an on-chain token that points at one physical work and nothing else.
One token, one canvas. The certificate carries the title, dimensions, the invoice hash and the storage receipt.
Redeemable. Burn the certificate and the physical painting ships to you. Keep it and it stays insured in storage.
Tradeable. Sell the certificate on any marketplace. Whoever holds it, owns the painting.
Verifiable. The artist already ships paper certificates. Ours lives on a block explorer instead of in a drawer.

Where the tax goes
Two buckets, nothing else. Most of the tax buys art. The rest buys $HSTR back and burns it. Holders get paid when the art sells, not from the tax.
Acquisition fund · 70%
Accumulates until it covers the targeted work, then buys it. It also pays for storage, insurance and shipping, so the certificate is backed by a painting that is actually safe. The balance at the top of this page is this wallet, live.
Treasury wallet: to be announced
Buyback and burn · 30%
Buys $HSTR from the pool and sends it to the dead address. Every trade makes the supply a little smaller. Burns are posted on-chain and linked here.

Auction payouts
This is where holders get paid. When a certificate sells, the proceeds go into a payout contract and every holder claims their pro-rata share based on a snapshot at auction close. The remainder refills the acquisition fund.

The token
$HSTR
One token. A small tax. A treasury that buys the most argued-about paintings in America and hands the proceeds back to the people who funded it.
No. Hunter Strategy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Hunter Biden or his gallery. We are prospective customers with a token, nothing more.
Why his paintings?
Because no living painter gets talked about more per canvas. Prices are on inquiry, so we asked: the first target, The Swarm and the Bloom, was quoted to us at $52,500. The artist already accepts Bitcoin, and every piece already ships with a digital certificate of authenticity. The only thing missing was putting that certificate somewhere everyone can verify it. That is the whole idea.
What do I actually get for holding?
Two things. A share of every auction, claimable pro-rata after each sale. And a shrinking supply, because 30% of every tax buys $HSTR back and burns it. Plus a vote on which painting the treasury buys next.
Can I get the physical painting?
Yes, if you win the auction for its certificate. Burn the certificate and the canvas ships to you from storage. Until then it stays insured in the vault.
What if the gallery will not sell to a token?
The treasury buys as a normal collector, invoice and all. If a work is unavailable, holders vote and the fund moves to the next target on the want list.
Is this an investment?
It is a meme with a treasury. The token can go to zero, paintings can fail to sell, and nothing on this page is financial advice. Buy only what you are happy to laugh about later.
